Video Policy

We encourage our users to make videos using our game content, such as playthrough or instruction videos or SFM movies. We are fine with publishing these videos to your website or YouTube or similar video sharing services. We’re not fine with taking assets from our games (e.g. voice, music, items) and distributing those separately.

Use of our content in videos must be non-commercial. By that we mean you can’t charge users to view or access your videos. You also can’t sell or license your videos to others for a payment of any kind.

You are free to monetize your videos via the YouTube partner program and similar programs on other video sharing sites. Please don’t ask us to write YouTube and tell them its fine with us to post a particular video using Black Cell content. It’s not possible to respond to each such request. Point them to this page.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Underground Games collects, uses, and discloses information about you. The terms “Underground Games,” “we,” “us,” and “our” include Underground Games, Wagner, Jan and Jelen, Marko GbR. and our affiliates. WHAT THE PRIVACY POLICY GOVERNS

1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to undergroundgames.de, underground-games.rocks and other website addresses associated with Underground Games.

1.2. This Privacy Policy explains the different kinds of information that we collect from you when you're using SITE SERVICES to help us manage these facilities. We always comply with the applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy governs personal information and non-personal information which we collect from you when you use our SITE SERVICES. UNDERGROUND GAMES is the data controller under EU data protection legislation used in connection with personal information contained in this Privacy Policy and personal information contained in this Privacy Policy which is used by our Partners in connection with our SITE SERVICES is managed by the data controller of the relevant partner.

2. CHILD PROTECTION

2.1. We recognise that we have a special obligation to protect children’s personal information. For legal reasons, children below the age of 13 cannot have a UNDERGROUND GAMES newsletter account, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from these children. 3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1. When you register a UNDERGROUND GAMES NEWSLETTER ACCOUNT with us, you will need to provide us with; (i) username; (ii) email address.

11.2. Once changes to the Privacy Policy are made, they will become legally binding 30 days after they are posted online.
